I’m going to take the P90X Fit Test tomorrow. The Fit Test is to be taken before starting the full-blown P90X program to make sure you’re in shape enough to handle it.

The P90X Fit Test consists of:

  • Pull-ups
  • Vertical leap
  • Push-ups
  • Toe touches
  • Wall squats
  • Bicep curls
  • Ins and outs
  • Heart rate maximizer

There are minimums that need to be achieved for each exercise and if they’re all met, you are clear to begin the P90X extreme home fitness program.

I’m going to take a day off after The Fit Test just in the event that I’m sore, and am planning on starting the full P90X program on Tuesday.
