Today was day 17 of my Beachbody P90X fitness program review and the workout was shoulders, arms and abs. I got a great workout in today and was able to push myself really hard without feeling nauseated at all. I think this is my favorite routine so far…
Ab Ripper X went well today also. I’m definitely seeing some big improvements when it comes to core strengthening and I’m hoping that next week I’ll be able to go straight through without any extra breaks.
I’m still doing great with the P90X nutrition plan. One thing that can be challenging is sticking to the program when you’re not at home. I’ve found that Subway is one of the best places to go if you’re on the go and don’t have time to run home to eat. I’ve been ordering their chicken breast sub on whole wheat, piling it high with veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots), and drinking a skim milk with it. This is a super cheap meal (Subway subs are $5 for a footlong now) and provides you with your protein, carb, vegetable, and dairy portions in one shot.

1Hi there. I hope you’re still doing well. I have a couple of questions. I downloaded the manuals and videos, but I cannot find how I decide which nutrition level I should be at (I, II or III). Could you help me determine which level I should be?
