As I mentioned the other day, I picked up a set of the PowerBlock Elite adjustable dumbbells for the P90X workouts. I’ve really been impressed with the quality of them so far and they seem built to last.

I also decided to purchase a PowerBlock SportBench and the optional dip attachment to go along with the dumbbells. The bench will make it easy to do the dip exercises in P90X and the combination of the attachment and the P90X chin-up bar are great space savers when compared to the alternative of buying an exercise tower.
