Unfortunately, something came up yesterday and I didn’t get home until after 11PM — so I decided to wait until today to do my P90X workout. I worked out first thing this morning and knocked out the chest, shoulders, triceps, and ab workout…
The workout went great today, no problems whatsoever. I just ran out of the P90X Recovery Drink, so I’m hoping that my next shipment arrives later today. I’ve also missed eating the meal replacement bars, so I’m looking forward to stocking up on those again as well.
A reader (thanks Kasinyaface) left a comment yesterday suggesting that I add a “Friends” page where others can have their before and after photos posted. I think that’s a great idea, so if you’re getting ready to start P90X, are in the middle of the program, or are a graduate and would like to share your before and after photos — leave me a comment with your email address and I’ll be in touch.
Well, that’s it for today. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s update and I hope everyone has a great weekend!

1You know I’ll do it! Already have my “before” pics taken *blech*
I’m nearing the end of my first week on P90X and J.P. is my coach. I’d be more than happy to participate and share my experience on the program. This blog has been a great source of inspiration for me so anything I can do to help along the way…

2@JB: Ok, sounds good! Whenever you take your first update photos, just shoot them over to me with your before photos and I’ll get them up on the “Friends” page.
Keep up the good work by the way, I can tell you’re as excited as I am about this program. 🙂

3I just finished my first week of P90X and I am not as strong as I thought I was 🙂
I’ve already dropped 30 lbs by just changing my lifestyle and I’m hoping that P90X will get rid of the remaining 20.
Your progress pics are very inspiring. I’ll send you my before and after pics when I’m done.

5I just graduated from Navy OCS and am looking to keeping up a high temp work out regimen. I’m not a huge fan of spending countless hours in the gym lifting so I bought this program. But now that I don’t have a USMC drill instructor pushing me, how do I go about getting a coach to report to in case I have questions or need advice?

8hey man, congrats on your success! Keep it going! My question is that do you have to use the bars and recovery drink, or can I use something else. I’m a college student on a strict budget, so before i start i need to find out the nutritional side to the workout. Please help. Also, once I start i would like to share my progress with others if possible.
