Well, tomorrow is the big day — day one of my P90X home fitness program. I just wrapped up the remaining things that I had to do before starting the program, taking both my “before” pictures and measurements.

1I recently got the DVD for the P90X. I am about 6ft weighing 247. Would you recommend doing the lean program first or going straight into the classic. The only part of the fit test i had a hard time with was pull-ups.

2I have ordered my p90x and am close to 6′ and weigh 260. Just wondering if the dvds come with directions on what workouts to start with or how it actually works.

4I am on P90x, second week, we have a similar build. How many calories were you consmuing and what diet and supplements were you on? Thanks!

5Did you stick with the P90X diet plans? I eat a lot of junk food (chips and chocolates) don’t know how to let it go during this program. I have no problem doing the workout. How did you change your diet habit?
