Well, tomorrow is the big day — day one of my P90X home fitness program. I just wrapped up the remaining things that I had to do before starting the program, taking both my “before” pictures and measurements.

And here is a breakdown of my pre-P90X measurements:

  • Resting heart rate in the AM – 73
  • Body fat % – 20.8%
  • Weight – 198 lbs.
  • Chest – 43″
  • Waist – 42″
  • Right thigh – 22″
  • Left thigh – 22″
  • Right arm – 16″
  • Left arm – 16″
