I completed day 6 of the P90X program today. Today’s workout DVD was Kenpo X and I found it to be easier than the other P90X routines I’ve done up to this point. I did wake up with some soreness in my hamstrings this morning so I backed off the intensity a bit to avoid potential injury.

As far as the diet plan went, today was tough because I was out for half of the day on a family cookout. I did eat pretty well today however, and will definitely get back on track with the P90X nutrition plan tomorrow.

Other than the sore hamstrings, I’m feeling great. I’m going to take my week 1 measurements and photos tomorrow so I’ll post an update with those. Also, thanks to everyone for the great comments… much appreciated!
