Well, I’m feeling pretty fired up today after taking my week 5 P90X pictures and measurements yesterday. Seeing before and after results is really motivating and I couldn’t wait for today’s chest, shoulders and triceps workout…

Today’s workout went really well, I definitely enjoy the P90X upper body workouts the most. I really focused on pushing myself as far as possible today and really maxed out each set.

I was a little nervous about whether or not I would get sick during the workout again today, but I had no problems whatsoever. I drank the P90X post-workout recovery drink and took a scoop of creatine immediately after I finished up, and I’m going to have a snack in a few minutes before eating my final meal of the day today.

By the way, I also started taking Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Whey which is an excellent protein powder…
