1i lost 70 pounds with this workout im so glad i did this and i feel awesome i am healthy i run 7 miles a day now 2 months ago i would die after 1 i recommend this to anyone who is willing to put in there blood sweet and tears cuz its not going to be easy but its worth it

2I love 10 min trainer, I have been doing it since 2009, its the only thing I stuck with. I lost about 35-40lbs, and pushing for another 10 lbs, now.
The key is really lots of water, eating healthy, eating 5x a day. And exercising at least4x a week. I exercise5x a week and eat well, I do have a cheat meal here and there, but try my hardest to make smart decisions.
