I took it out again in 2010, 7 years later (and 2 pregnancies!!) I'm happy to say it still works!! I've dropped 20 pounds and am finally back to the weight I was in college! My muscle definition is fabulous and I am looking forward to dropping more weight. I feel so strong! I am worth it!
