
Today was day 39 of my P90X journey and the workout was Yoga X. Over the past few weeks, I’ve really grown to love yoga and even though it’s pretty challenging and lengthy workout (90 minutes long), it’s becoming one of my favorite P90X DVD’s…
I also love the way that I feel following a yoga workout. I feel relaxed, stretched out, and exhausted all at once.
The diet went great again today and I’m still on track in that department.
Lastly, I was a little sore today after yesterday’s back and biceps workout, but nothing too major.

1Hey there!
I have been reading your site for a while now. The daily updates and pics have been very motivating. I actually started my first day of the P90X today. Boy did it kick my #@$@, but I loved it!
