		<description>@John: That&#039;s awesome, congrats! I would really, really encourage you to follow the nutrition plan though -- it will play a big role in the kind of results you see. 

Ask your parents if they would consider buying you canned tuna, fat free cottage cheese, fat free yogurt, baby carrots, cucumbers, celery, natural peanut butter, egg whites, whole wheat bagles, chicken breast, and low-sodium V8. I basically eat those foods everyday with the portion approach and I really don&#039;t spend any time at all cooking in the kitchen. The only thing that needs cooked (other than my egg white omelets in the morning) is the chicken breast, and I just throw it on the George Foreman Grill for a few minutes.

I don&#039;t think the nutrition plan is gonna work out for me though, because my parents buy all the groceries and I can&#039;t afford to get them. I&#039;m not gonna be eating any junk food anymore though.</description>
