Well, for a 2nd consecutive day I got worked. Hmm, did I say worked? I’m sorry, I meant hammered. Today’s workout DVD was Plyometrics and I think it just about killed me…

It’s been several years since I did any hard-core cardio exercise so I had to take several breaks throughout the routine to rest. The good news is, I didn’t get sick today!

I followed the P90X nutrition program to the letter again today and it’s actually pretty cool. The portions approach makes it easy to throw together quick little meals and is especially convenient for those of us who don’t (cough, cough can’t) cook. The possibilities are endless and really enable me to get my kitchen creativity on — I’d be willing to bet that you’ve probably never heard of anyone slamming a can of tuna and washing it back with a cold glass of milk and olive oil. For breakfast. See? Very cool.

I am a little sore in the chest and back today after the yesterdays workout, but it’s not too bad.
