Today was day 9 of P90X and the workout DVD I watched today was plyometrics. The P90X plyometrics routine killed me on day 2 last week, so I was really hoping to see an improvement today… and I definitely did. Even though I still got waxed pretty hard, there was still a noticeable improvement in my overall conditioning.
I’m still doing really well with the P90X nutrition program. I’ve eliminated all junk food from my diet and am following the eating schedule and recommendations exactly.
On a side note, I’m noticing that all of my pants are starting to get loose around the waistline. Booya!
