Today was my 26th day of P90X and the workout video was Core Synergistics. I had an incredible workout today and I’m finding that it’s easier and easier to make it through these high-intensity workouts…

My core is so much stronger than it was just a few short weeks ago when I started the P90X program. I’ve also lost some more weight this week, although I’m waiting until Monday (the end of month one) to take my new measurements and photos. I’ll admit that I’ve been tempted to sneak a peek at the scale though…

I’m still eating a very strict diet and following the P90X nutrition plan to the letter. This is actually the easiest part of the program for me now, and I’m really enjoying the healthy foods. I’m still experiencing an energy boost throughout the day now and much to my surprise, I’m still waking up naturally before 7AM every morning.

I also received another compliment today from a friend of mine who had absolutely no idea that I was trying to get back into shape. I think it’s pretty cool that in just a little over 3 weeks I’m already seeing so much progress. I can’t wait until day 90…
