Nice work brother! I am a couple of days behind you in the program. I have noticed the difference in the same spots that you have (belly & love handles).
How/when are you calculating your resting heart rate? Are you doing it first thing in the morning? Are you using a heart rate monitor or just your finger pulse?

@Jon: Thanks, and congrats on your success so far as well! I’m taking my resting heart rate first thing in the morning (before I even get out of bed) with a heart rate monitor…
