It’s been a while since my last P90X transformation update and that’s mainly due to the fact that I’ve taken some time off from my the workouts. I’ve done the occasional workout here and there and have been riding my bike nearly every day, but I haven’t been following the P90X system religiously for a little while.
The good news is, I’ve maintained all of the healthy eating habits and strict diet schedule that I learned from the P90X program and am now down to 145 pounds. When I started P90X last year, I was a chunky 198 pounds which means I’ve lost over 50 pounds to date! Very exciting to say the least…
Anyway, I’m getting ready to start the P90X workout schedule once again and will be starting all over with day 1 this coming week.
My goals this time around are a little different than last — since I’ve already dropped the weight that I set out to lose, I really want to focus on building some additional muscle definition and size. With all of the weight I’ve lost, I feel like I’m starting with a clean slate this time around and I’m excited to see the results.
Lastly — I just wanted to thank everyone who has left encouraging comments on the blog over the past year, you guys have really been an inspiration to me and I appreciate the support.
