1hi, i am a 15 year old kid and i started p90x yesterday. the workouts are very intense and i wanted to know if they get any easier and if you have to follow the diet plan step by step.

2I’m 48 years old and began my P90X workout program, however, I was 1 1/2 weeks into the program and played volleyball last night. This moring my right shoulder, right pec and my right shoulder (back) is killing me. I was suppose to do the Yoga X dvd today, but the pain was so bad that I had a difficult time raising my right arm. What should I do to keep up the program but not add to the pain?!

3Hi. I’ve been a couch potato for 4 months now. Today i started p90x, lean routine. I can hardly do any of the workouts, even the warm up is killing me.
Any advice for extreme beginners like me?

4I’m planning on starting P90X in January. The nutrition guide gives me three phases; each phase tells me how I should eat for the first seven days of the phase. Are we supposed to substitute with similar foods for days one to seven for the rest of the phase ?

5I started p90x today is day 9 and I was curious about the nutrition plan some of it is expensive to buy is anyone substituting any of the meals?

6I just got p90x and I’m still not sure how the workouts work. For example for the first day it says chest, back & abs. Am I suppose to do the entire 3 cd’s from start to end or pick just one or do part of the routines???
