I notice whey protein in the ingredients, but I am vegan. What other product(s) would you suggest that would have the same benefits as this Peak Recovery Formula, but not contain milk?

I also recommend getting the P90X recovery drink, it helps out a lot and I definitely notice a difference when I don’t drink it following a workout.

I’m debating if I should get this… Did you buy it thru the website? My brother was using whey pro from wally’s [walmart] and iM finishing the jar.
