Yesterday was day 44 of P90X and I did the plyometrics workout. It went really well, despite the fact that this is one of my least favorite workouts…

I ate well again yesterday and am still on track with the nutrition plan. I’m actually getting ready to do my favorite P90X workout right now… back, biceps and abs. I just ate so I’m letting my food settle for a little while before I exercise.

Lastly, I was happy with the way things went the other day when I completed Ab Ripper X pre-workout, so I think I’m going to repeat that again with today’s workout. Stay tuned…
