
Today was day 37 of the P90X exercise program and the workout was plyometrics. It’s definitely not one of my favorite workouts, but I got the job done…
I’m looking forward to hitting the weights again tomorrow with another upper body workout. Also, I received some great yoga pointers and a suggestion for a new, non-slip mat (thanks Hans) which I’m looking forward to incorporating into yoga this week.
I’m still eating well and taking the P90X supplements, as well as AST’s Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Whey.
