		<description>I&#039;ve just finished my first week of P90X. This program lays you out, but then makes you come back for more. 

In response to Jonathan&#039;s question about bands vs. bells, I say get both. Maybe you don&#039;t want to take it from a girl...but some of these moves are killer. The bands may be a better place to start. You can always trade up - something Tony will continually encourage throughout a given routine.

I&#039;m a vegetarian trying to follow the nutrition plan - talk about a challenge!</description>
