Today was day 13 of the P90X fitness program and the workout DVD was Kenpo X. I’ve found that the Kenpo X routine is the easiest of the P90X videos so far and I did great with it today…

I pushed myself hard during the workout and was excited that I didn’t have any feelings of nausea. After I ate, I waited for a full hour and a half before working out today so maybe that helped.

I’m feeling pretty sore this evening and am so happy that tomorrow is a rest day, I’m seriously looking forward to taking it easy and just relaxing. My legs and back are the sore areas.

Tomorrow is day 14 which means I’ll be taking my new measurements and photos. My week one P90X results were exciting, so needless to say I’m really looking forward to the week two improvements. Stay tuned!
