
First of all, Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there…
Today was day 20 of the P90X fitness program and the workout today was Kenpo X. I saw some big improvements since last week’s kenpo workout and my conditioning has improved dramatically since I began this program.
The diet went great again today. I actually went to a cookout for Father’s Day but resisted temptation and didn’t eat anything while I was there.
Tomorrow is day 21 which means I’ll be updating the blog with new photos and measurements from week 3. I’m pretty excited to see what kind of progress I’ve made this week and I can’t wait to match up my day 21 photos with my pictures and measurements from day one of P90X.
Week 4 begins a new routine which focuses more on core strengthening and conditioning and less on weight and resistance training. I’ll have Yoga X twice this week, so say a little prayer for me.
Thanks to everyone for the encouraging comments, I really appreciate you guys for reading this blog and keeping me accountable. It’s a great motivator and has really helped to keep me on track. For those of you who have ordered P90X and are getting started soon, congratulations and keep me posted on your progress!

1Congrats on making it to the end of phase 1. I am doing the lean program…just ended phase one myself. Core is a great workout, but takes some getting used to. Keep up the good work.
