The diet went well again today. Once again I played by the rules and followed the P90X nutrition plan to the letter. I’m not sure if it’s the huge improvement in my diet, the exercise, or a combination of both — but I really feel amazing. I have a lot more energy during the day and I’m waking up super early every morning on my own.
I’m a little nervous about tomorrow’s leg workout. Last week, I got taken out to the tool shed by the P90X legs routine and I’ve woken in cold sweats numerous times this week with visions of one-legged standing wall squats. Pray for me.
