I started this program and in week 1 got amazing results... week 2 resulted in performance of the exercise much better. I was surprised at th strength I had gained to perform each exercise with better form and more reps. Particularly surprised at my own capability of holding the squat positions in the leg routine. Amazing workout. as I finished week 2... i just could not go back for week 3 because of time, work and travel. Still get compliments from the 2 week intense workout and shape i got into..... so looking forward to get back to it. 

And yes just like many I followed healthy eating plan and not the nutrition guide from P90X. Nutrition guide is a sure shot plan to get results faster but getting it adapted into your routine can cause delay in start of your exercise plan. SO, eat healthy and follow your exercise plan religiously you are bound to see results.... Just Hang On to it.

Out of all those T.V. commercials and scam products out there... here are two simple words for P90x..... IT WORKS!</description>

		<description>How many pullups were you able to do day 1 vs where you are at currently in the program?

Just wondering as I am having trouble with pullups.  I sometimes use a lat machine during the workouts.  I was thinking about switching to bands, but don&#039;t know.

What I will try to do at times is do as many pullups as I can, which isn&#039;t many, then I&#039;ll quickly jump on the lat machine to pound out more reps that way.

If you could let me know your thoughts, that would be great.  

By the way, I enjoy the vids!
