So, what are the best shoes for P90X? If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the lookout for stuff that can make your life easier (or better) — and P90X shoes are no exception…Over the past several months, I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with the trainers that I normally wear during my P90X workout routines, and have become really fascinated by the growing minimalist footwear movement. This fairly new category of shoes goes by a variety of names, such as:

Barefooting shoes

Bare foot running shoes

Toe running shoes

Foot gloves

5 toe shoes

…or “gorilla shoes”, as my wife likes to call them!

In my opinion, the real beauty of minimalist shoes is the fact that there is nothing to get in your way. They simplify everything to the point where you’re much more in tune to the terrain you’re on (whether that be pavement, trails, or a plyometrics mat), reducing the potential for injuries and providing a much more “organic”, well-connected experience.

After researching the different types of barefooting shoes available, I decided to go with the Vibram FiveFingers KSO (pronounced “vee-brum”). The Vibram KSO is the most popular FiveFingers model and is available in several different color combinations, I went with black.

I honestly couldn’t wait to try these things out, and 2 days after receiving my email shipping notification from TheShoeMart.com, the funky-looking foot gloves arrived. By the way, if you’ve never bought anything from these guys before, try them out. Great selection, excellent service, and lightning-fast free shipping.

Vibram FiveFinger Review – First Impressions

Upon tearing open the box, I was greeted by the oddest looking shoe I’ve ever encountered…

Vibram’s KSO is extremely lightweight, and it features a soft mesh and stretch nylon upper secured by a single velcro strap. The rubber sole is fairly smooth, with just a few minimal traction patterns incorporated into the high impact areas for improved grip.

Trying on Vibram’s FiveFingers for the first time was a bit of a challenge, as each individual toe must be placed in a separate “finger”. After a minute or two of fidgeting and wiggling my toes, I was finally able to get both shoes on.

As far as Vibram Five Fingers sizing goes, I used The Shoe Mart’s sizing chart and went with 41′s — they fit perfect. One thing that you have to keep in mind is that VFF shoes are designed to be snug, so there shouldn’t be any significant space between the big toe and the shoe. They may feel a little small at first because the fit is different than a traditional shoe, but you quickly grow accustomed to them.

The difference between regular shoes and Vibram Five Fingers is truly remarkable — they really do provide a “barefoot” experience. I spent the next hour walking around in them, and they’ve been on my feet ever since.

Vibram Five Fingers Review – Best Shoes for P90X?

Later on in the day, I put the Vibram Five Fingers to the real test and popped in the P90X Plyometrics DVD.

As expected, the Vibrams performed amazingly well. I noticed an immediate improvement in both agility and balance, and the Five Fingers provided an added level of confidence that I’ve never previously experienced.

With my trainers, I’ve actually rolled my ankle on more than one occasion due to landing awkwardly. With the Vibram FiveFinger shoe, this is no longer an issue and I’m much more sure-footed as a result.

The one concern I did have was whether or not I would miss the added cushioning provided by the thick sole of my trainers. Much to my surprise, this has not been an issue at all, and other than some very slight rubbing on the side of a single toe, the FiveFingers have been extremely comfortable. That toe has since developed a callous and is no longer sensitive.

Lastly, I love the fact that Vibram barefoot shoes are machine washable. Despite the fact that Vibram uses an anti-microbial microfiber footbed in the KSO, they will eventually stink. If your FiveFingers begin to smell, simply throw them in the washer and hang dry.

Vibram Five Fingers Reviews – Final Thoughts

Vibram FiveFingers are definitely good shoes for P90X. In my opinion, they’re the best. They’ve performed amazingly well during all of my P90X workouts, from Plyo to Yoga X, and I honestly can’t imagine ever going back to regular shoes.

In addition to P90X, I’ve also had a chance to run and bike in them, and they were great in both of those situations as well. The KSO is an extremely versatile model and an excellent choice if you’re interested in a shoe that can comfortably do it all (you can even surf and swim in these things). Highly recommended, but I must warn you to be prepared for the added attention they receive!

I wanted to share this Forks Over Knives review after having a chance to watch this new documentary about the many wonderful benefits of eating a plant-based diet.

Over the past year, in addition to Shakeology I’ve also incorporated a much higher quantity of raw vegetables into my P90X workout diet, and recently I made the decision to eliminate meat and dairy from my diet completely. I knew that there probably wasn’t going to be much in the film that was new to me, but I was really looking forward to it regardless.Like most who eat a vegetarian diet, I have family and friends who don’t quite understand the point of it all — I had high hopes that this movie would be a great introduction to the advantages of such a diet.

Forks Over Knives Trailer and Release Date

The Forks Over Knives release date was May 13, 2011, and the film attempts to document the link between the consumption of meat and dairy products with many of today’s worst degenerative diseases. In case you haven’t had a chance to watch it yet, here’s the official Forks Over Knives trailer…

Forks Over Knives Review – The Good

Overall, I thought Forks Over Knives was very well done and did an excellent job at discussing a somewhat controversial topic in a non-threatening manner.

This was a documentary that was intended for the masses, and noticeably absent from the film was language like “vegan” and “vegetarian”. Instead, these words were intentionally replaced with phrases such as “plant-based” — something that I feel will prove to be helpful in skirting the negative biases that many have when it comes to anything vegetarian, thus allowing them to view the facts in a more neutral light.

I also thought that Forks Over Knives did a great job of presenting the facts in a convincing yet concise way, and the film was not overly long or drawn out. There was quite a bit of research and also several scientific studies that I found fascinating, such as the massive decline in health complications after the occupation of Norway, when the Germans began confiscating livestock for their own use.

Forks Over Knives Movie – The Bad

Although I did enjoy the movie and have already recommended it to several friends, there were a few things that I felt could be improved on…

First of all, I thought that Forks Over Knives had a wonderful opportunity to hammer on processed foods a little harder, and stopped short. So much of the food that we eat today is loaded with harmful chemicals and artificial sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame — most people are completely unaware of this, and it would have been great to see some additional information about it in the film.

Secondly, I would have liked to see more focus on the importance of eating organic fruits and vegetables and the dangers of things like GMO and pesticides. Important stuff to anyone considering a plant-based diet, and issues that the Forks Over Knives diet documentary failed to address.

Forks Over Knives Documentary – Final Thoughts

Despite the fact that it wasn’t perfect, the Forks Over Knives documentary is definitely worth watching and does an excellent job at presenting the facts in a way that even the most die-hard of carnivores can appreciate.

Ultimately, I think this film is a great tool for spreading the message of plant-based nutrition to others. It’s the type of movie that you can recommend to everyone in your life, without worry that someone may find it offensive.

If you’ve already seen Forks Over Knives, I would love to hear what you think of it. Please share your comments and reviews below…

While the 17 Day Diet has been getting quite a bit of buzz of late (including coverage on the Dr. Phil Show and The Doctors), that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s the best choice or that it’s even worth trying. In this article, we’ll take a look at how this dieting plan stacks up to the popular Beachbody P90X program.

17 Day Diet Reviews – Should You Believe the Hype?

So, can you really lose weight with the 17 Day Diet? Of course.

The problem with many of the 17 Day Diet reviews you’ll read read is that these individuals are only after short-term results. Crash diets rarely (if ever) result in long-term weight loss, and I fear that the same might be said of Dr. Moreno’s 17 Day Diet program.

In my own personal experience, the real key to losing weight, keeping it off, and improving your overall health is lifestyle change. That means making difficult decisions, day in and day out, in order to improve your quality of life forever. In a nutshell, it requires consistent sacrifice and there are no shortcuts.

The 17 Day Diet vs. P90X

When it comes to weight loss, I’ve always avoided yo-yo dieting and short-term fixes, and I feel that caution should be exercised whenever one feels tempted by the latest “fad” diet that comes along promising huge results in very little time (and with very little effort).

Worthwhile weight loss only occurs when one learns how to incorporate healthy new habits into their lifestyle, such as knowing which foods to eat, how much to exercise, and how to structure a workout.

Let’s be honest. Does it really make sense to go on a crash diet, only to gain that weight back (and often times more) just a few months later? In my humble opinion, it does not — if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.

It’s for this reason that I believe the P90X workout and Shakeology are the best programs on the market today for losing weight and getting into the best shape of your life. Tony Horton has laid out an extremely easy to follow fitness and nutrition blueprint which will not only assist you in losing weight, it’ll dramatically improve your overall health and quality of life as a result.

With P90X, you don’t have to rely on short-term (and often-times, confusing) eating cycles that will result in irregular eating patterns. Consistency and the changing of bad habits is at the core of P90X, and for this reason I continue to recommend it as the best way to lose weight quickly, safely, and naturally.

The P90X workout is a demanding home exercise program, there’s no doubt. However, tracking your progress during the 90 day program will go a long way in keeping you on track to meet your fitness goals.

P90X Workout Schedule

While there are several different paths you can take when it comes to your P90X workouts (P90X Classic, P90X Lean, and P90X Doubles), we’ll be focusing on the P90X workout schedule for the classic version in this article.

The P90X Classic schedule is split up into three different sections: Weeks 1-4, 5-8, and 9-12. Each segment is made up of 3 intense weeks of training, immediately followed by a recovery week.

P90X Worksheets – P90X Worksheet to Track Progress

When it comes to working out, I’ve always been a stickler for documenting daily progress. In my opinion, it’s really the only way to truly measure the results you experience from a workout program or change to your daily diet.

Always remember that improving your physique is a gradual journey, and it’s often easy to overlook the small, daily results we see when we look in the mirror. Recording everything with this P90X worksheet has been invaluable to me, and I highly recommend that you try it for yourself.

Last but not least, I also wanted to share this awesome P90X spreadsheet with you. It’s nothing short of amazing, and will definitely come in handy as you work your way through the 90 day P90X workouts.

While Beachbody doesn’t offer a P90X discount code for use during checkout, there are 2 ways that you can save some money when you buy the P90X workout or any of Beachbody’s other products.

In this post, we’ll discuss the 2 ways that you can save some money on P90X and breakdown the advantages of each.

WARNING: Avoid sites like eBay and Craigslist when shopping for a discount on P90X. 99.9% of the Beachbody programs being sold on these sites are cheap Chinese counterfeits. The only way to guarantee that you’re not being scammed is to order directly from Beachbody.

Alternatives to a P90X Promo Code or P90X Coupon

Even though Beachbody doesn’t offer a P90X coupon code, there are a couple other ways that you can save a substantial amount of money on your Beachbody purchases…

The first way that you can get a discount on P90X is by becoming a Beachbody Coach. Beachbody Coaches are given the opportunity to purchase products from Beachbody with a whopping 25% discount.

As a Beachbody Coach, you’ll also have the ability to get paid for telling others about the P90X program and all of Beachbody’s other products.

I highly recommend the Beachbody Coaching program, it’s a great way to save a boatload of cash on their great fitness programs and supplements, and getting paid for telling others about these great workouts is just the icing on the cake.

Click Here to Become a Beachbody Coach

The second way that you can get P90X for cheap is by signing up for the Team Beachbody Club. Team Beachbody Club members receive a generous 10% discount on P90X and all other Beachbody products.

In addition to the 10% discount, Team Beachbody Club members also enjoy the following benefits:

VIP access to celebrity Beachbody trainers

Live chat with top trainers in the exclusive VIP chatroom

Full access to Beachbody TV

Personalized meal plans and delicious weight loss recipes

Your own fitness blog where you can document your fitness journey

…and much more

Click Here to Join the Team Beachbody Club

As you can see, there are some pretty significant discounts to be had on Beachbody products, despite the fact that there is no P90X promo code or P90X coupon offered by Beachbody at this time.

I get a lot of questions and comments about Shakeology, so I wanted to take the time to post a full Shakeology review. While the Beachbody Shakeology meal replacement shake is a best-seller, there are some people who still have doubts as to the effectiveness of the product due to the nutrition supplement industry’s overall bad reputation…

In this Shakeology review, we’ll cover the basic details of the product, discuss the ingredients, and last but not least, what benefits you can expect from Shakeology. We’ll also try to answer the following questions:

Is Shakeology worth it?

Is Shakeology good for you?

Hopefully, by the time you’re finished reading this post, you’ll have a better idea of whether or not this best-selling meal replacement product is right for you.

Shakeology Review – The Basics

Shakeology is much more than just a protein shake. It’s also in a completely different league than your standard, everyday “meal replacement shake”.

In a nutshell, Shakeology is a complete (and super healthy) meal in a glass. Each shake is packed with 70 whole food ingredients that deliver the essential nutrients that the body craves and is often deprived of due to today’s typical unhealthy American diet.

Most Americans eat a steady stream of processed foods that are high in fat and sugar, and the challenge of eating a healthy diet is more difficult than ever. Shakeology offers a solution to that problem, one that is both convenient and affordable.

Is Shakeology a Scam?

Let’s be honest. The health and nutrition supplement industry isn’t always trusted or well-respected, and with very good reason. Many of the nutrition supplements being peddled today make huge claims and do very little (if anything) when it comes to providing real benefits to the customer.

With this in mind, it’s no wonder why some people are still skeptical about a possible Shakeology scam.

Fortunately, Beachbody is a company that takes great pride in their reputation and only produces the very best when it comes to health and fitness products. Great care was taken when formulating and sourcing the ingredients contained in Shakeology, and the end result is a product that truly deserves the growing popularity it’s enjoying.

The bottom line is Shakeology isn’t a scam, ripoff, or hoax. It’s a legitimate meal replacement product that delivers essential nutrition in a great-tasting, convenient, and affordable way.

A Review of the Shakeology Ingredients

While there’s certainly no end to the selection of meal replacement shakes on the market today, most leave a lot to be desired. Loaded with sugar, artificial ingredients, and low-quality ingredients, these “so-called” healthy meal replacement products are anything but.

On the other hand, the ingredients label is where Shakeology truly shines.

When Beachbody began to formulate what would become Shakeology, each ingredient added to the mix was chosen for a very specific reason and sourced from the highest-quality providers available today.

Unlike other meal replacements, Shakeology ingredients are derived from whole food sources — you never have to worry about consuming exotic synthetic extracts or isolates when you drink a Shakeology shake. Also, it’s important to note that Shakeology contains absolutely no artificial sweeteners such as sucralose and aspartame, and the whey protein used in the product is certified to be 100% free of antibiotics.

Shakeology Ingredients: barley grass, wheat grass, ashwagandha powder, oat grass, kamut grass, quinoa, pea fiber, stevia, amaranth, grape seed extract, green tea decaffeinated extract, MSM, spinach powder, hydrilla, blue green algae, astragalus powder, apple pectin powder, spirulina, chlorella, chia seed meal, flax seed meal, yacon, sacha inchi, maca powder, bilberry powder, camu-camu powder, acerola powder, gingko powder, suma powder, schisandra powder, reishi powder, citrus bioflavonoids, cordyceps, acai berry powder, lycium (goji) powder, blueberry powder, pomegranate powder, bifodobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, lactobacillus casei, streptococcus thermophilus

Shakeology Benefits

Shakeology users have reported a wide range of health benefits, ranging from increased energy to lower cholesterol. In addition to providing all of these great benefits, it’s also great to know that Shakeology is certified low glycemic with a 24 GI (glycemic index) rating. A 24 GI rating is extremely low (which is a very good thing), and yet another confirmation of just how healthy this product really is.

In case you’re not familiar with GI ratings and the topic of blood sugar, foods that have high glycemic index ratings cause the body to produce higher levels of insulin which will provide a sugar rush, followed by a crash. Eating a diet that is primarily made up of low-GI foods is a great way to stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels.

Here are some more Shakeology benefits that have been reported by customers:

Weight loss

Improved digestion

Better bowel regularity

Increased energy

Lower cholesterol

Shakeology – A Great P90X Recovery Drink Alternative

Shakeology is also a great P90X Recovery Drink alternative if you’re looking for something that provides a bit more when it comes to nutritional value. Drinking a Shakeology shake immediately after your P90X workout is a great way to refuel the body and feed your muscles for fast recovery.

Shakeology Taste – Greenberry or Chocolate?

Shakeology is currently available in 2 flavors, greenberry and chocolate. While both flavors are tasty, I have to give the edge to chocolate in the taste department.

Another advantage to the chocolate flavor is the fact that it has a slightly higher protein content. This is due to the fact that the serving size for Chocolate is 8 grams higher than for greenberry. The extra ingredients (mostly chocolate powder and cocoa powder) add an additional 2 grams of protein to chocolate Shakeology shakes.

Shakeology Reviews and Testimonials

With the impressive growth of Beachbody’s popular meal replacement shake, it should come as no surprise that there are literally thousands of Shakeology reviews and testimonials from satisfied customers.

Here are just a few Shakeology reviews from real-life Beachbody customers…

“Shakeology had an immediate effect on my hunger—stopping it completely!”

- Debbie T.

“After only a week, the shocking results started: the colitis flare-up I was experiencing was almost completely gone!”

- Brooks A.

“By doing my Beachbody workouts and drinking Shakeology, I can finally see the abs I’ve worked so hard for.”

-Patricia L.

“After only 45 days on the program, I’ve lost 30 pounds and have gone from a 44-inch waist pants to a 38-inch waist.”

- James H.

Recently, I’ve been using a P90X Recovery Drink alternative post-workout. Instead of the normal P90X drink, I’ve been drinking a chocolate Shakeology shake mixed with liquid egg whites (be sure to read my Egg Whites International review) and spring water.

If you haven’t tried Shakeology yet, you owe it to yourself to try a bag. Shakeology is a complete meal replacement that contains 70 super healthy whole food ingredients — it’s much more than just a protein shake.

Shakeology is currently available in two flavors, chocolate and greenberry. While greenberry is a tasty flavor, I definitely prefer the chocolate. It literally tastes like a chocolate milk shake… but it’s healthy for you (promise!).

Mixing up Shakeology as a P90X recovery drink alternative is super quick and easy, just combine water (or any other liquid) with 1 scoop of Shakeology powder. You can use a blender, but I prefer to simply use a shaker cup as it’s quicker and requires less cleanup.

If you’re like me and want an added jolt of protein after your P90X workout, I highly recommend adding liquid egg whites. They are completely odorless and tasteless, and 8 pumps (1 pump = 1 ounce = 1 egg) delivers 26 grams of pure protein. The liquid egg whites that I drink are completely safe to drink (they’re pasteurized), and are free of additives, preservatives, and artificial ingredients.

If you’re looking for a P90X recovery drink alternative, try it out. Highly recommended!

One of the first questions that many people ask after seeing the P90X infomercial for the very first time is, “Is P90X worth it?”…

Seeing those incredible results and hearing the exciting success stories is definitely motivating, but more often than not it leaves people wondering if the P90X workout is truly for real.If you’re in that boat — don’t worry, you’re not alone. Being skeptical of stuff that’s advertised on a TV infomercial is totally normal (and very common).

In this brief post, we’ll take a closer look at the popular P90X home fitness program and try to put this question to rest once and for all.

What is P90X?

P90X is a full-body home exercise program that was designed by Beachbody and fitness guru Tony Horton to get you in the best shape of your life in only 90 days. The really special thing about the P90X DVD program is the fact that you don’t need a bunch of weights or an expensive gym membership to get fit — basically, all you need is a pullup bar, a set of dumbbells (or resistance bands), and a DVD player.

The P90X program is laid out in an easy to follow manner, and each video workout is delivered on a separate DVD. With P90X, you can work out anytime, anywhere — simply pop in a DVD and press play.

Does P90X Work?

If you’ve ever tried a home working video in the past, there’s a good chance that you were left with feelings of disappointment. Most home exercise programs fall short when it comes to delivering results, leaving many with the impression that it just isn’t possible to get super fit from home.

With P90X however, nothing could be further from the truth.

P90X isn’t your average, everyday home fitness program — and if you’re worried about a P90X scam, you can relax. This program is the real deal.

In a nutshell, P90X is an ultra-intense, 90 day “bootcamp” that will push you to your limits and beyond during each and every workout. P90X also includes a complete diet and nutrition plan that reveals exactly what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. With the P90X exercise program, there is not guesswork — everything is laid out for you in step-by-step, blueprint fashion.

The real magic behind the amazing results that P90X is capable of producing lies in the concept of “muscle confusion”. Because P90X combines elements of yoga, strength training, kenpo karate, plyometrics, and cardio into the program, it forces the body to constantly adapt. Add to this the fact that new workouts are introduced every few weeks, and the end result is a program that is capable of producing some very impressive before and after pictures!

So, is P90X Worth It?

To really answer this question, it helps to first take a look at the alternatives to P90X. Whether that comes in the form of a monthly fitness club membership, expensive personal training sessions, or an extensive home gym setup — P90X is the obvious choice if you’re looking for an affordable way to get fit. Add to this the fact that following the 90 day P90X program will undoubtedly produce far superior results than any of the alternatives mentioned above, and it truly is a no-brainer.

The bottom line is, there has never been an easier, more affordable, and more effective way to get in shape than P90X.

Unfortunately, it is also one of the areas where many people really miss the boat.

While it’s true that the daily workouts are extremely vital to your success with the P90X program, the “P90X diet” plays an even more important role. Simply working out each day will not deliver the results that many people are looking to achieve — it’s also important to follow the P90X Nutrition Plan.

Getting Started With the P90X Diet

Initially, most who buy the P90X DVDs and begin their 90 day transformation have eating habits that leave a lot to be desired. Like most Americans, their diets are filled with food choices that are high in fat, cholesterol, and sugar.

While it can be tempting to transition into the P90X diet plan slowly, it’s important to resist that temptation and jump in head first. Going “cold turkey” on all junk food and eliminating the poor food choices from your diet immediately on day one will allow you to achieve better results and will help you get the most out of your 90 day P90X journey.

Also, it’s important that you stay consistent with your P90X diet. Falling off of the wagon (even if it’s only for a day) can really set you back, and I would strongly recommend against using “cheat” meals as any type of a reward or motivator. The P90X program is all about lifestyle changes, and the quicker you replace bad eating habits with good ones, the better off you’ll be.

P90X Diet Tips – How to Maximize Your P90X Results

To truly maximize your 90 day P90X results, it’s extremely important to go through the P90X diet plan before you begin and calculate which nutrition level you’ll need to follow. While there are some who would disagree, I would also recommend that you follow the “portions” approach as it is much easier to stick to long term.

Once you’ve calculated which nutrition level you are, familiarize yourself with the different foods that are recommended and begin to lay out your daily meal schedule. The P90X diet plan will most likely require you to eat meals that are smaller than what you’re accustomed to, but keep in mind that you’ll also be eating every 2-3 hours instead of only a few times each day. This will take a week or so to get used to, but it will become easier once your body adjusts.

Last but not least, once you’ve gotten your daily eating schedule ironed out, the last thing to focus on is staying consistent. Be certain that you’re eating clean each and every meal, and avoid the temptation to cheat on your P90X diet or make “one time” exceptions as this will almost certainly result in setbacks sooner or later.

In addition to the “Lean” schedule, there are two more ways that you can go through the 90 day program:

1. P90X Schedule – Classic
2. P90X Schedule – Doubles

The P90X fitness program definitely requires a high level of commitment and dedication, so it’s helpful to have a good idea of what your daily workout schedule will be before starting the program.

The 90 day “Lean” P90X workout schedule is broken down into three chunks: Weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, and weeks 9-12. Each monthlong section consists of 3 weeks of hard training, followed by a recovery week. Always remember, in order to see the best P90X results, it’s absolutely vital that you stick to the schedule exactly as it’s laid out.

The 90 day “Doubles” P90X workout schedule is divided into three sections: Weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, and weeks 9-12. Each segment consists of 3 weeks of hard training, followed by a recovery week.

The first block of the schedule is identical to the “Classic” program. However, in the second month there are three morning Cardio X workouts added each week and in the final month there are four weekly Cardio X workouts added.

This is a very demanding workout schedule and following it won’t always be easy. Just remember, in order to get the best P90X results possible — it’s important to stick to the plan exactly as it’s laid out.

Is it really possible to money with P90X, or is this home based business opportunity nothing more than a Beachbody Coach scam? In this short Beachbody coaching review, we’ll take a look at the the cost involved, earnings and income potential, and more.

What Is the Beachbody Coaching Program?

In a nutshell, Beachbody offers a unique business opportunity that provides individuals with a way to make money by simply introducing others to their many excellent fitness programs and products. In addition to recommending Beachbody’s products and earning 25% on all sales, you’ll also have the ability to generate income by helping others get started as Coaches.

As an Independent Beachbody Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to be your own boss and work full-time or part-time. Unlike other “home based businesses”, the Beachbody Coach business opportunity has a very low start-up cost ($39.95 for your starter kit plus a $14.95 monthly fee for administrative costs), requires absolutely no inventory, and provides you with a proven business system which will allow you to profit from one of the most sought-after national brands in the health and fitness industry today. Beachbody spends in excess of $100 million a year in advertising, and that greatly benefits all who are involved as Coaches.

Another great benefit to becoming a Beachbody Coach is the fact that you’ll enjoy a 25% discount on all products that you personally order. This will allow you to buy popular workout programs like P90X, the Insanity workout, Slim in 6, and more — all substantially cheaper than the retail price.

Beachbody Coach Income

While there are no guarantees as to how much you’ll earn as a Beachbody Coach, there are Coaches earning anywhere from a few extra dollars a week to substantial, full-time incomes. Your earnings will ultimately depend on the time and dedication you’re willing to invest into your Beachbody business, but with a generous compensation plan and industry-leading training and support — the sky truly is the limit. Unlike a job where you’re told home much you’ll make, as a Beachbody Coach you will enjoy complete and total control over your income level.

As a One Star Diamond Coach, I’ve had an opportunity to experience the many benefits of being involved with Beachbody and have seen firsthand how this opportunity can literally become a lifechanger.

I personally became a Beachbody Coach when I first started working out with P90X, and now feel blessed to earn a full-time income from my business. During that time, I’ve also lost more than 50 pounds and watched my body fat percentage plummet from 22.8% to 6.3%. Making the decision to buy P90X and become a Coach were two of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

So, Is the Beachbody Coaching Program a Scam?

Hopefully it’s clear by now that there is no Beachbody Coach scam. Simply put, Beachbody is one of the largest, most well-respected players in the home fitness industry today, and their Coaching opportunity provides an excellent way for people to build a legitimate home business that will truly benefit themselves and others.

How to Become a Beachbody Coach

Getting started as a Beachbody Coach is easy, and it literally takes just a few minutes to get your business up and running. When you sign up, you’ll get instant access to the Beachbody online office, and in about a week you’ll receive your Beachbody Coach package in the mail. The business kit includes three training DVD’s, step-by-step training and marketing materials, and your very own website.

Step 1: Click Here to Sign Up as a New Coach

Step 2: Select “No I do not have an account yet” and fill in the required fields.

Step 3: After completing the signup process, you can begin reading through the getting started material in the coaches area. Also, you can expect an email from me soon after signing up, as I’ll be working closely with you to help build your business.

If you’re looking for an effective fitness program that will allow you to workout at home with no weights, there are two different programs that I would recommend. The P90X workout by Tony Horton, and the Insanity workout by Shaun T.

P90X is a 90 day program that combines elements of plyometrics, yoga, resistance training, cardio, and kenpo karate with a training method known as “Muscle Confusion“. By constantly introducing new moves and routines into the P90X workouts, your body avoids plateaus and results are greatly accelerated.

While there are no weights required with P90X, you can use dumbbells instead of the resistance bands if you prefer. The only other necessary piece of gear is a pull-up bar (or some other way to do chin-ups in your house).

There are 2 different P90X packages available:

The basic P90X package consists of 12 DVD’s, a 3-phase nutrition plan, the P90X Fitness Guide, and a workout calendar to keep yourself on track.

The P90X Deluxe package (also known as the “Peak Results Package”) includes everything included in the basic kit, plus a set of 3 resistance bands, the P90X chin-up bar, and a 1 month supply of the Results and Recovery Formula (a delicious post-workout drink).

The Insanity workout by Shaun T. is a 60 day, total-body conditioning program that uses no equipment whatsoever. These 10 workout DVD’s feature some pretty insane plyometric workouts along with nonstop intervals of resistance, strength, power, and ab and core training moves.

While you do need a few basic essentials such as the resistance bands and a pull-up bar to do P90X, the only thing you need for Insanity is a DVD player and the videos.

There are 3 different Insanity packages available:

The basic Insanity package includes 10 workout DVD’s, along with the Elite Nutrition Plan, fitness guide, and workout calendar.

The second option, the Insanity Deluxe package, features everything included above plus 3 additional Insanity workouts.

Last but not least, the Insanity Deluxe Recovery package includes everything in the Deluxe version above in addition to a 60 day supply of the Results and Recovery drink.

Each of these programs provides an excellent way to workout at home with no weights, and each takes a slightly different approach. Now the only thing you need to do is decide which program best suits your fitness goals and take action!
