Well, I’m back from vacation and just started my P90X workouts back up today. The good news is, while I didn’t follow the P90X nutrition plan while I was away, I did eat clean the entire time (which took some serious discipline by the way!). Also, I did a lot of walking on my trip and I actually dropped several more pounds. I was pretty excited when I weighed myself this morning and read “179”… that’s nearly 20 pounds from where I was pre-P90X.
Today, I repeated the last P90X workout that I completed before my trip — chest, shoulders, triceps, and Ab Ripper X. The workout went pretty well overall and although I did feel very nauseous at the end, I managed to avoid getting sick.
Also, I took a break from the supplements while I was away so I started taking them again today…
