My work out video that came with the ab flex is worn out. I have belts for the system anyone wanting them for exchange of the video that is in good working condition.

I’ve had the Abflex since 1995. I used it a lot over the years, and always got my abs looking nice after my babies were born. I’ve got seven kids now and the Abflex is wearing out, as is the workout video that came with it. Awesome aerobic workout. I’d love to find another one.

Was wondering if anyone had a manual for the Abflex. Picked one up free, but not sure of the setups and use. I know it looks self explanatory but wondering if there is a system to setting the bands and use.

We are using ABFLEX like the photo above. But the laber band is broken. I need three laber band but I cannot find in the shopping list. Do you still carry?
