P90X Workout Reviews and Results

Today was my 23rd day of the P90X extreme home fitness program and I had the core synergistics workout for the first time today. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the workout went really well and I felt great afterwards.

Today is day 21 of P90X which means two things… It’s rest day! Time to take the week 3 photos and measurements.

First of all, Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there… Today was day 20 of the P90X fitness program and the workout today was Kenpo X. I saw some big improvements since last week’s kenpo workout and my conditioning has improved dramatically since I began this program.

Today was day 19 of P90X and it’s official — the legs, back and abs workout is definitely my least favorite of the P90X routines. This workout is absolutely brutal and although I didn’t get sick again from it, it competely wore me out.

Today was day 17 of my Beachbody P90X fitness program review and the workout was shoulders, arms and abs. I got a great workout in today and was able to push myself really hard without feeling nauseated at all. I think this is my favorite routine so far…
