I am thinking of getting this for my two kids. One is 11 the other is 13. Both are in boxing and they both love the workouts at the gym and the coach really pushes them hard. But they basically work one thing at a time...leg lifts, squats, crunches etc....and I am not sure this would be appropriate for tweens. What do those who own it say? They saw it on TV and are asking for it. They want something they can do at home.

Hi I am 17 years old and very athletic. So I am in pretty good shape, except for a little bit of fat on my bones. And I was hoping to get rid of some of that fat before my crazy college years. Anyway, it would be great if someone could tell me how well this product works for getting rid of that arm fat that some call "bingo wings" and also my belly fat so I can look good in a swimsuit! Please reply! Thankyou!!!

Hi, I am not overweight at all, since I am a swimmer and a runner. But even though I exercise more than two hours everyday, I still cannot get rid of these stubborn lovehandles and a little bit of belly fat that makes it embarrasing to wear a bikini. I see all these people who are like 50 to 100 pounds overweight and that this helps them a lot. But if I am already in pretty good shape, than will this help me get a really nice bikini body? I would love any feedback on this post before I purchase this product please!!! Thankyou:)

Now I can see if you're 10 pounds overweight that this will work great and allow for a "perfect" body, but what if your 50 pounds or 100 pounds overweight? Sure I know that weightless is a promise here but will it help in tightening the skin back to the new body it sculpts?

I see heaps of before and after shots that look like it does but I don't know, are there any of us fatties out there that have used it without the need for surgery to remove a flab flab of skin?

Hello there everyone!

On May 10th I recieved TMT for my mothers day gift (A little late I know).. But It was so worth it! I feel a lot more energized and I am now finding myself getting up in the morning early to do the workouts, and I'll tell you, it really does make you break out in a sweat! I have been following the meal plan as well so I am hoping to see some results here soon like a few of you have posted. I also find my 3 year old trying to help me do the workout, while hes cheering me on saying "YAY MOMMY"(Which gives me that little push when I need it).. The only Issue I have with TMT is changing the CD's to comply with the work out for each day. Also the resistance band that was in the box is no wheres near flexable as the girls have on the DVD so I cant do the some of the "total body exercises" I guess I will have to check around and pick up some lighter resistance!.

I know people come on here looking for specfic results..So sorry if this is no help!

I am really facinated by the results everyone has had. I do have a question though. I know it is called "10 minute Trainer" but is it really just 10 minutes? I wonder if it means 10 minutes to start with and then increase to 20 or 30 minutes. That is how a lot of programs are. They advertise an amazing promise, but when it comes down to it, it really takes just as much time and effort as any other program. I think it would be great if 10 minutes per day would work. Any comments?

I am a male 37 years old and job in an office sitting about 8 hours a day. I am 5'10" and currently weigh 180 lbs. I currently own P90X and just recently purchased TMT. I tried P90X on three difference occasions and failed to complete 90 days on all three attempts due to time constraints and life gets busy. However, I made it through 60 days twice and can see amazing results after 30 days never following a meal plan.

Diet is important and I did sacrificed by making some smart eating decisions most of the time. I still like to eat out and have a drink or two on the weekend. I recommend P90X to anyone who has the time as it is a great workout and you will see results. It has been a year since I done a P90X workout and I recently started TMT with the add-on package for a week now and I feel great.

The workouts are still very rigorous and make me sweat a lot. The workouts are not as intense as P90X only due to they are 10 min. each. Realistically, one workout a day with TMT will not bring great results, but it is better than not working out at all. I am following the add-on package guide and doing my best to get in three workouts a day 6 days a week and one day is only one 10 min. workout on the 7 day. My goal is to get back to 165 lbs (need to lose 15 to 20 lbs). I am not following the meal plan as this takes more time than the workout, but I do watch what I eat and keep everything in moderation.

The great thing about 10 Minute Trainer is if you only have time for one workout and cannot get in three, I am still motivated to keep going and I don’t feel like I failed the program. When doing P90X and I missed two and three workouts in a week, I felt like I failed and my motivation dropped. After using TMT 30 minutes a day for a week, I am already experiencing increased energy, lost 2 pounds and motivated to keep going. I recommend TMT as they are great workouts and the cardio moves are similar to P90X. TMT is great if you want to lose weight, tone up and build endurance.

I have been using it for 2 weeks now, what it does is it encourages you to eat better, That's what actually is helping with the weight loss. I don't think just ten minutes a day can actually work, if you want too loose weight and sculpt your body it takes a lot of work more than just ten minutes a day. It is a real intense work out.

Just got the TMT last month. I'm a male, 52 years old and this is the first time I ever worked out via the TV. My thoughts so far is that this is a good program as it allows you to add additional works. Start with 1 workout per day. The key is to do the exercises correctly and not worry if you can't keep up with the person on the screen. They do show alternate methods if needed. Do what you can. Keep in mind that it is better to start slowly and not strain your muscles. A muscle strain will put you on the sidelines for a week or more. Many people have not exercised for years. It will take a week or two to wake up those muscles. After two weeks I doubt you will have to worry about a strain and should be able to complete the 10 minutes and feel good. At that point in time you may want to do 2 exercises.

As for weight loss. I don't buy any of the BS. Most people will lose 2-4 pounds of weight for the first couple of weeks when dieting. While that sounds great keep in mind that it is not all fat. I personally lose about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week. Keep in mind that the fat you gained didn't happen in a few weeks and you will not lose it in a couple of weeks. If your 30 pounds overweight, you're looking at 20-30 weeks to lose it. Your weight will fluctuate. In fact you may weigh more the following week. Don't sweat it even if you go 2 weeks without loss. Eventually you'll step on the scale and see the difference.

Seriously thinking about trying this product, but I live in an apartment with neighbors living below me. Would doing this routine disturb my neighbors? (I'd like to avoid angering my neighbors with "stomping")

I am one of those people who exercises a lot and has no objection to it. My parents bought 10 minute trainer and I decided to see if there was a way I could incorporate into my day such as doing before or after my workouts for a little extra work. Now I do it at the beginning of every day, first thing after I wake up. If nothing else, I find it to be a great way to start the day.

This is my first check in after using TMT. I would have to say this was one of the best buys ever. After using the video one to two times daily, and after 4 days, I've noticed inches are melting off my body. I would probably say at least 6 all over. I love it! I will comment back in a week or two for more results!

Hey all. I just ordered my ten minute workout and I am super excited about it. I need to lose about 20 pounds, but inches would be just as nice! I'm 5'4 and about 150 pounds... my goal is anywhere between 125-130. I just wanna look good.

I am a mom of 4 boys and hate to work out but last year I did the TMT program and in the first 10 days I lost 8lbs and 9inches overall. It's a great way to get fit and lose weight but it is also good to just tone your body.

From someone who has tried alot of diets weight watchers included the one thing is that you have to make a life style change not a diet or workout routine. Everytime you stop one or the other the weight will come back for sure, don't think your special and it will not happen to you as that is unrealistic.

I have regained some of my weight but it's because I stopped eating right and stopped working out and as others on here have said you have to make an effort to do both.

You don't have to follow the plan provided with the TMT you just have to learn portion sizes and how to motivate yourself to workout. Remember hinding to eat a snack so nobody sees is one thing and saying you completed a workout knowing you didn't give it all you had means nothing. Make the effort means everything and you will no if your making the effort not anyone else. You have to live with your body so give it a try, hell it's fun and as Tony says everyone's got 10 minutes.

I have regained some of my weight but it’s because I stopped eating right and stopped working out and as others on here have said you have to make an effort to do both.

You don’t have to follow the plan provided with the TMT you just have to learn portion sizes and how to motivate yourself to workout. Remember hinding to eat a snack so nobody sees is one thing and saying you completed a workout knowing you didn’t give it all you had means nothing. Make the effort means everything and you will no if your making the effort not anyone else. You have to live with your body so give it a try, hell it’s fun and as Tony says everyone’s got 10 minutes.

Hi All,

After trying gyms/cardio exercises ..hated it all...I bought the 10 min. program Sept/Oct 2009. I did the 10 mins at least 3 times a week. So starting at 185lbs ...when I was going to gym and doing all other exercises and stopped going after I bought the program... today Oct 29, 2010 I am now 147lbs. (Size 16 to a Size 6)

I am convinced that if I had stuck with doing it daily that the jeans challenge would work.

I don't do diets but generally try to eat healthy. So I cut all my portions in half and then in the last 3 months further reduced the portions of pasta (all whole wheat or several grained types) and similar foods.

Do I eat cakes, ice-cream and generally desserts yes BUT always watch the portion size. e.g 1 level scoop of ice-cream which I love with fruit.

Never was into processed foods.

IT REQUIRES YOUR COMMITMENT AND PATIENCE ONLY!

So do I believe the 10 min works YES.

I was going on vacation and had about 1 month to tone up. I'm not overly heavy, but was developing a little "muffin top". I followed the 10-min calendar (3 workouts a day with one day rest) for the entire month and noticed a significant difference. It didn't shift anything on the scale (sorry no 20-lbs in 20-days), but my clothes fit differently and there were a lot more muscle where flab used to be. It works! But you have to actually do it regularly and watch what you eat. During that month, I eliminated processed sugars (you'd be surprised where they lurk), took in protein shakes and fruit for more energy.

ok, so im 24 and have been fat since middle school. i have tried diets and workouts and pills but nothing ever works longterm. about 5 and a half years ago i managed to lose about 40lbs on my own and dropped 2 pants sizes. nothing really changed. i mean i still ate at mcdonalds an stuff...but thats a long story. anyway, since then i have gained all that weight plus some and now weigh a staggering 250 and have gone from a size 15 to a size 20. i want to get TMT but after so many failed attempts im a little skeptical. the reviews i read all say they have had some sort of results but im still not sure about it. my husband keeps pushing me to join the boot camp program at a local gym bc he says i dont have bad eating habits anymore and that i really dont eat much but im not to keen on doing it alone and no one i know needs to or has time to do it w me. does anyone have any advice?
